Here it is:

Throne

49cs - Seen 2 times
50cs - Seen 1 time

Could the throne have reached it's peak? In my opinion I believe it might rise a bit more. But the throne has always been sold above and below the habbox value by a few hcs.

Second:



Holiday Romance

2.25cs - Seen traded 2 times

Not seen these traded for ages, but soon to be summer so expect a rise in all summery rare's values.

Third:



Petal Patch

3.75cs - Seen 2 times
4.0cs - Seen 1 time

The classic summer rare. Expect a rise shortly.

Fourth:



Bronze Nelly

7.5cs - Seen 1 time
8.0cs - Seen 1 time

I don't usually see this being traded, but there seems to be a slight drop. Could just be someone selling cheap though. Not too sure about this one.

Fifth:



DJ Decks

3.5cs - Seen 2 times
3.75cs - Seen 3 times
4.0cs - Seen 1 time

I'm expecting this rare to rise a bit shortly. I don't know why, just a feeling.
