Layout needed

I am looking for someone who could create a layout, also with content included. You will be awarded the position of the general manager if you show your work. We will be evaluating you based on the images used, and layout created.

The layout can NOT be poorly created, we don't use poor paint based layouts. We would like a layout sort-of designed like www.ClubHabbo.net. Similar, NOT THE SAME. The layout needs to be coded as well.

This is for an OFFICIAL USA fansite community.

Who said that wasn't made in paint?

Also, I don't think people are always interested in a position on a habbo fansite, you might want to offer money for this job instead and many more people will be interested.

Wart you clearly haven't got a clue about Habbo fansites. For a fansite to look good it has to be done in Paint, unless you can find software which allows you to do detailed pixel work. For me that was Paintshop Pro 7.

Also you are basically wanting a free layout and content for a position which gains no authority on the site. If I was to do that I'd want full ownership, more than your position.
