Skin isn't habboish - it's vulgar and nasty.
No one will join without a proper domain or even a proper forum. Get freehosting and install a custom phpbb forum if you really must. But unless it's something special you aren't going to get far.Ex-janitor. Might pop in from time to time, otherwise you can grab all my information from http://jamesy.me.uk/

it's not a habbo skin, you haven't customized it at all. There's even the vista style banner at the top still!
Don't open/release anything unless it is 99% percent finished!.
