Things to consider;
- Your design isn't modern. Black backgrounds aren't all that popular anymore unless it's used as some sort of theme and used well. You need to 'modernise' your layout because clients base their expectations of your work on the quality of the portfolio.
- Your portfolio isn't impressive. One point to pick up on [throughout the site] is your poor spelling and grammar - which again neglects the professionalism that web development companies NEED to have.
- I'm running on a pretty high resolution and I have to scroll down every time I load a page up - think of accessibility. Especially on your portfolio.

I agree with hollywood the layout does need sorting and I think you need to build up a bigger portfolio with examples of previous work.
