No it isn't, I've been doing this stuff for ages, the designer will get more than enough.

No, I'm looking for a designer to work alongside of me, I'd be taking just as much risk, if not more than the designer. As I said, I've been doing this stuff for ages, I'm not stupid and if I'm honest there is no risk, both me and the designer would recieve a decent amount of money.
