For some reason when I was listening to habbox.com radio and all of the sudden, I heard this.

I added subtitles to attempt to explain what I heard. I censored the times swearing and just want to ask... why are there people acting like idiots and talking instead of playing music? I don't want to hear two drunk people goof off and swear while I'm attempting to listen to music.
