My shockwave has died on me, pullin my hair out

what ive tried to fix it

Ive tried both firefox and ie7 on these things

reinstalling shock wave
uninstalling it
reinstalling it again
disabling java script
enabling it again
clearing ie7 cache
clearing firefox cache
using the shockwave repair
Smashing my comp up (I wish)
i dont think thers enything ive missed

please help me

all i get is this!

A pop up saying, i have missing shockwave files, then it asks me
do you want to get these files from the shockwave website or w.e

then if i click yes or no the client goes black and nothing happens

My friend is having that problem and they haven't been able to fix it yet. They can see ph boxes too.
