i think you can only use it if the account has been inactive for 90 days, not sure though

Wow! Sorry. Its just that it doesnt' say an exact time you have to be inactive for, they said "I think" so there is no harm in trying, i mean all someone has to do is type my E-mail in and then i buy 30 days and if it does work them someone could of lost out on a free month.
