Klydo New Homepage

Okay, this is the new homepage design of Klydo. It includes the new header and footer along with the featured member. However I'm in need of possible ideas for what to display as well as ideas on how to display the items. So far our plan is to display;

• New Members
• New Music
• New Videos
• New Blogs
• New Skins
• Latest Klydo News

Looking good, maybe don't have all those new things as sometimes it gets overwhelming like myspace homepage. Maybe just have latest: videos, members, and news.

Possibly some kind of moveabale javascript window to display the latest news? That can be closed and dragged around the site.

We do have an announcements bar which appears at the top of the site that can be closed after reading if that's what you meant?

Appears too white to me, add a light colour maybe blue or red either way.

Hmmm, I hate those things on other sites. So I wouldn't put that onto my site to annoy my members

We can't really add any colours to the content as the header can be made any colour the user wants. So we have to aviod coloured content as it will mismatch with the header

Possibly just a stripe somewhere that changes colour the same as the header? Just to break the whiteness up.
