Possible habbo fansite?

Hey everyone, I'm fairly new to this forum and Habbo Hotel for that matter.
Anyway I've been searching around and I've seen some pretty nice websites for Habbo Hotel and I'm thinking about making a website dedicated to Habbo.

Of course for this I would need another owner to help run the website with me. The other owner must be able to design as I suck and minimum HTML is required to help out with the content.

I can code PHP, HTML, and full CSS so there is no need to worry about coding. I also have a vBulletin forum which I could put on the website or code a PHP usersystem whichever suits best.

This other owner would be expected to help with the costs as this also brings a split pot to the table. I will buy the domain/radio so if the other owner could buy hosting that will be great.
