Radio Offline..

When i stop DJing, on my site it says

Warning: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to [shoutcast name] (Connection refused) in /home/url/public_html/stats/radio_stats.php on line 11
The Radio Is Currently Offline

Instead i want to put an image, saying Radio Offline

But how?

You need to edit your socket for one, To get rid of that ugly error

And where it says Radio is offline in the file replace with:
