Someone has probs used msn freezer (it trys to log your account in with the wrong password 10 times, so the msn server doesnt let you on for 20 mins.), u might have to wait about 20 mins.

Hmm, also try exiting msn, restarting comp.
Or evening uninstalling and getting the latest one, or re-installing the same one.
