No, it's fake, along with the other pictures from that rumour. That's the background they used when they introduced the iPhone. The Macbook and Macbook Pro images that were also posted are fakes too. Probably just someone with an Apple email address messing around.

The next major update of iTunes will probably be at WWDC08, with the release of the App Store.

i cant remember what it stands for, but if i remember correctly it's either a massive convention where software designers and hardware designers show off their latest products, or it's an apple convention where steve jobs shows of all the latest apple products. i cant remember which.
