vB skinning query?

Hey so I'm getting on with skinning my vBulletin and I was wondering if you you can insert images into the CSS box next to the CSS properties on "All style options"? Rather than editing the templates.

If not I would be very grateful if someone could tell me how to do this.

Example. Say I wanted my catagory stripes with rounded corners, what would I do?
