    Yeah I got one tomorrow at Tesco Express. Only need a job while I'm at Sixth Form. I'm bricking it tbh, hope I get the job though.

    Haha, you shouldn't be. I work at Tesco. All you'll get is someone sitting you in a little room and asking you about 5 questions along the same lines. "Give me an example of team work that you have shown,". "Are you good at team building?". I used examples from college at all of them.

    5 minutes of questions and that's it. You'll then be called in for an induction if you get the job, that you actually get about £20 for, just by attending a quick tour of the store, couple of safety videos, etc!

    It's not hard to get a job at Tesco, trust me, haha.

    Does Tesco not operate a role play exercise thing? I know a lot of retailers have started doing this, as opposed to just a one on one question based interview. For m&s I had to have a role play, basically pretend I was a customer assistant and help the customer out (the interviewer) it was fun.

    Well I started for Tesco at the end of 2006, but I don't believe they do, not in my Metro anyway, so they wouldn't for a little Express.

    Had my interview. Was just like Misawa said and lasted about 20 mins, I guess I had alot to say

    Ive got an interview at tesco on wednesday .
    I should be alright, always got alot to say for myself..
    and i've got family that work there that have told me how the interview works and what to remeber..

    Lol awsome i want a job asap as a turn 14 on friday and i sent my app to WH Smith in Guernsey so i really hope i get it tbh MOENY!
