they're all the same but the end numbers are different.
so like
86.148.80.234 is 1
86.148.80.235 is next 1
Your public IP is the same, as in xxx.xxx.x.x or whatever, and on the network, it is usually set out like...
192.168.2.1 being the main router.
192.168.2.2 being the first computer to access the router and so on...

Your ip is the same for all 3 computers, but on your wirless network each computer will have its own local ip, it will be like;
xxx.xx.xxx.1
xxx.xx.xxx.2
xxx.xx.xxx.3
