How many mats per HC?

I'm looking to buy around 140 black mats, and I'm just wondering how many HCs people would usually pay for that.

U could get around 25 - 50 per Hc I think, I havn't seen mats traded for hcs for months so i can't be totally sure. Theres no set price for these so people usually charge as much as they want to. So sometimes you will have to pay more then others.
