Can't open imageshack images? =[

Yeah local techys i need your help!

i can't open imageshack images and well everyone posts them in irc and i want to open them =[

heres what comes up when i try to open it in the bottom left corner.



Then when i double click that, it comes up with this:




Any help asap would be much appreciated thanks alot
