    Why is the title "Buying" then? And they won't edit without you paying for transfer, unless you want the nameservers changing which you should change them via the panel on your providers website.

    Who's your domain supplier at the moment, if they are reliable I'd keep it there and then just look for a hosting supplier - careful who you go with tho.
