Basically, WLM will not let me install WLM itself
X not installed Messenger Get help with this
X not installed Sign In Assistant Get help with this
X not installed Toolbar Get help with this
ive tried everything from adjusting my time settings to the exact second
to clicking get help with this
anyone who can solve this will get double + rep off me
anyone who tries to help me will get +rep off me
anyone who just starts being abusive will recieve -rep off me

Un install all the previous versions of WLM. Then go to C:\Program Files\Windows Live , click on the folder called messenger and press shift + delete. Then download it from http://get.live.com/messenger/overview

Try WLM9 beta. Its got the normal installer, not that annoying custom one from WLM7+8.
