I need help setting Kristall-Panel up.

Hi im kinda new to MySQL etc.
ive uploaded the files to my host, and made my MySQL database in the cPanel of the host.
Ive searched everywhere on google for a guide to set the Kristall-Panel Up...
So i was hoping maybe someone could post a link to, or make a detailed step by step setup guide for me.
I wanna try to get the radio setup for my site by the end of the month, and all i need is to know how to setup the thing.

So yer, if anyone can help me with the Kristall-Panel, that would be awesome.

Ok, ive figured it out abit,
when i open the installation.php thing, what do i put into the boxes (server, database, username, password)?
Ive tried a few times but i cant work it out,
so if anyone can tell me what i do for that one step, i shuld be right for the rest of it...
