I think you should implement a new values page, with information regarding special promotion furniture such as Alhambra, as well as odd items which cannot be classed as rares such as the Ectotron stuff.
Basically all the stuff which isn't in the catalogue, or isn't often in the catalogue and cannot be classed as a Rare.
