Maybe I'm wrong but try margin:auto; instead of margin: 0px?

try looking at the CSS of the logo (I cat view source on here) if it has margin-top, change it to padding. If its not got CSS the make it a background for the header

I am not a user of IE7, however, on IE6 the gap is still there, looks like a Microsoft error to me.

( If your talking about the space that looks abnormal at the top. )
