Toll gates: Smash through the outside. I've said before, but it worksProviding you don't mind your car getting a bit smashed up. Deffo do it with bikes.
Also, if you want any little tips/strategies I used for missions just ask. I'm not a hardened pro or anything but I've had a fair headstart. Can save you the fails I've stacked up trial and improvementing.
