    Default Ip Address

    Hi

I've looked around on the internet but can't find anything, so i came for help from you guys.

So anyway, does anyone know of a Netgear BAT/EXE file that automatically resets the router or cahgnes the ip address (reseting router changes ip address).

    It's a netgear dg834g if that helps.

    Thanks
    Luke

    doens't work.

    1. It has to be changed by router
    2. It's wireless.

I don't think there is a way. Can't you just do as tom says? It's not too difficult. Favorite a direct link to the relevant page or something.

The only way to alter your external IP address via a router is to restart the router manually unless the router offers some sort of functionality to acquire a new IP address.

Pull the plug out of your router, then put it back in again, you will get a new ip then.
Lets set the stage on fire, and hollywood will be jealous.
