    Default DVD help - +rep :)

Hey, whenever I put in a new DVD into my CD drive it wont read it.. the green light on the harddrive case just keeps flashing and it wont read my DVD?

The other dvds and CDs i own are fine - just this new one. It is a few months old but DOES work on my sisters PC - mine is an Acer Aspire SA80 with Windows XP and hers is a Dell Dimension with Windows Vista. I've tried changing the regions but it doesn't work, and also the disc is in no way scratched or damaged.

Also can I mention that the DVD only works in my sisters PC, but not mine :S

If anyone can help that'd be appreaciated

Could the DVD be stratched? Or maybe it's not picking it up at all.
