Unraring Help

Basically, my sisters' been downloading something for her mac, and I need to un-rar it. I downloaded The mac version of winrar off the site, but I need to use the command line to extract everything. Unfortunately, my sister is hopeless and I'm not too familiar with a Mac, so I need your help.
