Notihng, it's just a beating heart chained up. Blood spurts out when you shoot it. It's metaphoric, much like the coffee cup is a metaphor for San Andreas' "Hot Coffee" mod.

Well, sounds like it'd be an adventure to get to it, but maybe it's a bit waste of time. Nice find but, nah.
