only 3 acheivements are blocked.
so if you get them you can use cheats throughout the game
right ?

Im gna use the "Remove Wanted level" cos ive got both achievements it blocks.

It blocks 4 achievements:
One man army
Clean the streets
Finish him
Walk free
Not sure if cheats disable 100% though.
