Yeh they look like them little electric ones, you should get your self a propper one. And I don't know to much about bikes (just quads) but £125 seems a little cheap and cheap quads/bikes always blow up or break so If I was you I would save up a little longer and get a better one.

How about, wait until you are 16 then buy a moped. Or even better wait until you are 17 then learn to drive.
