First Rare Is:



Green Fan

1.0cs - Seen Four Times
0.9cs - Seen One Time

Conclusion: This rare is likely to stay still and stable at 1.0cs as the Summer is near and its the perfect rare/colour for a summery habbo room.

Second Rare Is:



Throne Sofa

1.1cs - Seen Two Times
1.0cs - Seen Five Times

Conclusion: I'm sure this rare won't be going anywhere at the moment. It is stable for the moment at the value of 1 hc.

Third Rare Is:



Red Pillow

1.0cs - Seen Four Times

Conclusion: I'm thinking this will be not budging from 1.0cs which is what i've seen quite a few selling for.

Fourth Rare Is:



Study Desk

0.8cs - Seen Two Times
0.5cs - Seen Four Times

Conclusion: The study desk seems to be wanted much less and i've seen them selling now for about 2 per hc. A few people will purchase them for a little more but thats rare!

Fifth Rare Is:



Sea Dragon Lamp

1.0cs - Seen Two Times
0.8cs - Seen Three Times

Conclusion: I see the Sea Dragon Lamp being sold for 0.8 more than 1.0cs. If you're lucky you may catch an odd habbo wanting to buy one for 1cs. This rare may slightly drop soon.
