and also in public rooms is sum1 is on whisper and talks, the lil speech bubble that is above ther head when typing, whizziz into the air :>

This was introduced during v21. They said that you either see all the words fully or you don't see any at all.
It's just so they got rid of the "..." crap.
e.g. Hey h.. ar. y.u do..g?
