    He had a gear box failure on the free practice so spent most of the time out of action, Meaning he was the first out on the second practice and managed to come first.

    nice to see hamiliton posting some strong times on both days, also the thing that the table doesnt show is when and on what tyres the times are set. Taking that into account i belive a McLaren will take poll however i think a ferrai may have a slgiht upper edge in race. We will have to wait and see.

    Hamiliton seems to prefer the harder compounds, which is unusual as they don't seem to be holding grip too well, he did good to get third with the harder tyres perhaps with the softer ones he could of got 2nd or even 1st.
