Yes Nia, I believe Habbo said in a further console update they would fix this.

I did it the other day, you have to select all the people and use the little envelope button I believe?

you also cant mass delete which is a shame. but thats ment to be their. i suppose thats a safety thing? if it takes ages you cba to do it (say someone got onto your account)

Mass message still works for me.

When I click on everyone then the message button it just brings up multiple screens which then crashes my computer
