press ctrl + alt + del, go onto the processes tab make the window bigger so the whole list is on the screen, prt scn, post here. Something may be taking up lots of CPU

Well can you give a more detailed description of the problem. Lots of peoples computers freeze oftenly. It could be because your computer might be very full and you should think about running to clean up problems. CleanUP! or CCleaner

NO! not again! CleanUP! deletes your temp internet files only, it wont help a computer that keeps freezing!
