I would personally love a return to London with Kent Paul as the protagonist.

Oh and you wont have a backpack, people will put bombs in them and then GTA will be 'promoting terrorism'.
I'm saying 'noob' because I'm used to saying it on a different forum, it's funnier than this one but it's only subject is Man City don't tell me to 'Sod off to that one then'. Don't take it to heart when I say it.

eg, they utmost claimed it would take an hour to cross the map in a car. More like 5 minutes. No putting guns in boots of cars. A hitman style smuggling of guns would be good.
A more intense map. I aren't really fond of Liberty City in either installments. Much preferred the brighter maps of Vice City and San Andreas.
And gangs in some form
Car modification.
Doubt everything, even this.
