Having the word plainly and clearly visible with no masking whatsoever for those who don't know the word in the title, viewable on the main forum, is NOT the way to go about it. A much easier way is simply the "D" word or an alternative name for such and such. Believe it or not, there are people who don't know the words used. A female 11 year old staffer once asked me what the D word meant

Yeh, but at the same time, You can get away with the Name by calling them Richard instead, so there isn't a real need for it to become unfiltered.
