Im stuck on some mission with packie where u have a to rob this truck and these people chase u and u have to throw grenades out the window any ideas on how to do it my van always explodes

just tap L1. Its much like throwing a grenade...
Longer you hold it in for, the longer it will be in his hand.. and then the time comes for it to blow up! so just tap it once and it will 'fall' from his hand out the window.
