    Default Depressed - Advice?

My girlfriend split up with me the other day, said that "She didn't want to be in a relationship atm" and I was completely heartbroken, and I still am, but now she's just about to go out with this other guy, and thats made me feel even worse. I don't want to hurt anymore, Is there anything I can do to help me get over it all?
    PM me for help.

Look up the word depression for a start.....

We all go through heart breaks...and they usually go like this.....

    1. Upset, Feel like you don't want to live , think you wont get anyone else.
    2. Angry....Start hating the person, listing there bad points...etc
    3. Revenge .... ( is always sweet )

The best way to get over a girl is to get on top of another one!
Go and be single....don't get in deep relationships so young...trust me...You will remember this one day and you will be like ' omg why did i cry over HER '

For now....Cry get upset, it's natural! ....Then the upset will be overtaken by anger....Then you will move on...It may seem hard now but trust me...it DOES get easier!

As much as you want to, DON'T sit around the house and mope all day. Go out, see your friends, do stuff, hold your head up high. Yes it will hurt but believe me when I say this, it WILL get better. Time is a magnificent healer, it truly is, and it might not seem it right now, but you will get over her and realise you don't need someone who's going to break up with you for another guy! I mean, who wants someone like that!

I don't want nor need revenge, It's pointless and Immature, I'm freinds with her now, but I still have the feelings, and I see her with this new guy and that eats away at me.
    PM me for help.

To be depressed and to have clinical depression are indeed two different things, but in this case the use of the word depressed is accurate.

And as for the bit in bold, I hope you're being sarcastic.

Anyway, to the thread starter: that's kinda what happens when you break up with someone, there isn't a miracle cure for it. You just have to wait it out, you'll get over it soon enough

OMG SERIOUSLY? Of course I was being sarcastic..........It was supposed to cheer him up - Jeeeeeeez!!!

You don't need to explain depression to me.........I have suffered with severe depression boarding on manic for the past 2 years so I know plenty about it TYVM!

And stop quoting WIKIPEDIA ....that is pants...People add there own stuff onto there and half the people on there don't know what they're talking about

Anyway...cold play my love.....I know seeing her with another guy cuts you up.....But she's moved on now...So maybe you should try and do the same?
It will get easier in time....Keep ya chin up me lovely :eusa_clap
