    Default Installing stuff in safe mode?

    I need to install a program in safe mode. but i keep getting a error saying.
    " a admin has disabled this to install. " ive logged into my admin account yet i still get this error. so is it possible to 'force' a install?

    It probably isnt able to install in safe mode as safe mode loads only the core, important functions.

    If the instructions are to install it in safe mode then I am clueless.
