I rang em up Monday saying my 360 had the red rings, so we were chatting for ages, and the man said he'd send me some labels so i can send it off to them, he said id get an email within 24 hours.

Guess what?

Its now Wednesday evening, still no email. So i rang up after school today, asked where my labels were, they said there was an "error" and they didnt understand why the email didnt send, and the new man today said that he'd just emailed them whilst i was on hold, and that id get them in 1-2 working days. Pmsl what a joke

Same happened to me. Ring them back and be all angry at them. You will get another month of Xbox Live free, on top of the one you get free when its been fixed anyway.
