(4th) RVR - Rares Values Report - RVR (/4th)

Hey! I haven't done any rares values reports recently because I havent had the time.
But here is my 4th RVR:

Red is for rares trading below their habbox value
Blue is for rares trading at their habbox value
Green is for rares trading above their habbox value.
Black is for a conclusion/comment about the trading value.

x2 - Some people are trading for values like 0.75-0.95
x6 - Alot of people trade his rare for a club sofa or some other 1.0
x3 - Some people are trading for values upto 1.4
The current habbox value is quite accurate although this rare could increase to approximately 1.2-1.5

x1 - One person sold this rare for 0.75
x3 - Some people still buy this rare for its habbox value, probably to try and make a profit.
x7 - I have sold 3 for values upto 2.5 and other people do so as well.
The current habbox value isn't very accurate. This value is very likely to increase to values of 1.5-2.5

x4 - People are selling thrones for values of 50.0-55.0
x4 - People buy thrones for 56 club sofas.
x5 - There are people willing to pay upto 60.0
This rare will either increase or stay at its current habbox price for a while longer, considering the fact that it only increased recently.

x3 - Some people are trading petals for values of 3.0-3.4
x9 - Most people sell/buy petals for 3.5.
x4 - People who may not have a .5 rare will just give 4.0 if they really need it.
The current habbox value for this rare is very accurate and a change in value is not very likely atm.

x2 - Some people trade snow rugs at values leiky 0.75-0.95
x5 - Most people buy/sell snow rugs for their current habbox value of 1.0
x4 - Few people buy snow rugs for values over their habbox value.
This rare is most likely to stay at 1.0 for another while, and maybe a small increase to around 1.2 in future.

Thankyou for your report, I don't really agree with some of your values like the throne I havn't seen a throne go above 56 Hc's in a while but good job anyway.

Overall a well presented report, however i am with Ugawa in that i don't agree with a few of the values, however different people see different trades! I only wish i could get 60 HC's per Throne Maybe less need for the speculated comments on the rares, i can't see snow patches increasing in a hurry unless habbo do a promotion on themed rooms that may require snow patches, you tend to find seasonal rares go with the seasons, summer rares will increase with the demand in people creating summer rooms. A good well laid out report and i look forward to seeing more on a regular basis.
