GTA, Cleaned the mean streets [ACH]

Hey again peeps,

I was looking through the achivments and found the one "Cleaned the Mean streets" it says you have to CPATURE 20 criminals from the police database,


How do you capture them or does it meen kill them?

get a police car and press lb when stopped and it'll bring up the police computer, if you go on recent crimes it starts a mission where you have to take out some criminals. do it 20 times...
