Ooop Designs - Hiring Coder

This is the layout for ooop designs but it’s not up yet as I’m poor at coding.

So I’m looking for a XHTML and PHP coder who knows the score to help code the projects that weal be taking on.

It would be an advantage if you knew a bit of actionscript as well.

It's not like that.
