It's not as good as my Claire Bennet from heroes.

the shading on the hair is a bit wierd, you need to sort out the shading. the skin tone should probably be darker too 8/10

I'm sorry but it really doesn't look like her. She has much shorter, straight hair and is korean (change the eyes). Make sure you're following a reference picture for these things.

I was following a reference picture and her hair is actually roughly shoulder length or longer.

Although I've never seen or heard of this character, this graphic is very high quality.

That shading on the hair is amazing. Good use of contrast. It's more realistic then other Habbo hair.
