Default My review of "Shoot 'em Up!"

Well, after renting it, out and sharing my doubts about it with Misawa
I finally sat down and put it on.

Jumping straight into the action, no introductions just guns blazing and blood splatting, with high counts of unprobable actions, you could say the film is some what "cheesey" with it's action scenes.

It deliberately tries not follow a storyline, but a dim one is noticeable.
The film had a touch of Robert Rodriguez in it. which I took some form of a liking to. One of the fight scenes, the first I've ever seen in a film, is a chase through the air, sky diving, also a fight scene, while having sex with a woman!

The unique scenes, climatic battles and spots of nudity are perfect for any die-hard action fan.

    Joshs rating?
    7.

A breath of fresh air in Hollywood, for once. Big-budget carnage.

As Misawa said, a new breathe on Hollywood, good idea pure carnage.
    A good film.
