If you were on 10 rep points and u recieved a grey rep. It doesnt take you too 11 or 9 it means that person hasnt got rep power
If it comes up RED Thats bad rep *tut*tut* and it takes ur rep down by one
If it woz greeeeeeeeen it takes ur points up by one
