Cable cars actually exist? I've seen them in an advert but I thought they were a feature cut out! Where abouts in Charge Island?

yep they are, these a small depo on charge island (north part) just wait for one to arrive, stand by the open doors and hold Y when it starts it takes around 20 seconds and goes back to the main land usefull if u dont wanna drive but also kinda cool some of them let u shoot out of them and they let u jump to

I saw these in the middle of my 6 star wanted level chase and sadly forgot where they were. I might try these out later.

Middle island a bit under the bridge, sports car shop, only have vortexes though.
