Default McCain: No to Same-sex Marriages

    http://thinkprogress.org/2008/05/22/...-gay-marriage/

Frankly it's doing no favours for McCain whatsoever and the Democrats are going in no matter what if he continues comments like that. Seriously, what was he thinking. Read the whole article and you'll see where I'm coming from, because I do not want America to be ran by a old-fashioned politician who would rather keep to tradition than move on with the times like everyone else. =/

Yes to Same-sex marriages in my opinion, not 'legal agreements' it's a load of crap. -.-

I know what you mean but would like to point out we don't have same sex marriges here, we have 'civil partnerships'

the way countries are run need to change everywhere, more and more people arn't bothering with religion so everywhere needs to 'get with the times' and update.

Civil partnerships... Pssh. Well last I heard they called it same-sex marriages but that was probably due to the media aha. This is why Obama needs to be elected President.

Yup. You can't officially be married here in the UK.

I dislike McCain. I support Obama as Ron Paul didn't get far enough because of his controversy. It's a shame he is the most genuine out of them all. 9/11 Truthseekers unite.

Indeed it is a civil partnership in the UK, however you get the same legal rights as a heterosexual marriage so it doesn't really matter too much, it's just a different name.

    i dont really get politics..
But i just think its unfair that gay and lesbian people cant get married properly in USA.
Straight people can, yet just because theyre the same sex they cant..
