Some people only use their bikes for travel, not a serious sport.
The bike theft rate could be high, so he doesn't want to splash out & loose it.
yeah, he probably could have got a better bike, make. but ohwel.
I think the colours are quite nice
Should probably put a slick/straight cable instead of a gyro though
